Silver Spring Social Sports was founded in 2011. We organize sports leagues and social events exclusively to adults (21 and over) in Montgomery County and the surrounding area. We offer sports for all athletic skills ranging from two-hand touch football, dodge ball and kickball to softball and volleyball. They are seasonal and all our games are co-ed, mostly held in Silver Spring and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to give adult residents variety of enjoyment to spend with their leisure time, give them alternatives to be active, meet up with old and new friends and bring the community closer together.
Aside from the sports aspect of it, Silver Spring Social Sports hold premier social events to give everyone a chance to do some networking and let loose. Our events bring the fun to a whole new level! As we continue to grow, you will see more and more fun things to fill up your calendar!
Once you experience Silver Spring Social Sports, you will notice how we are different from other sports leagues in the area. Silver Spring Social Sports strives to bring everyone closer together. We’re providing you with things we enjoy doing which means you will see us, the founders and coordinators, on the field and in the court playing and you’ll definitely see us partying at all of our events. It’s the main reason why we started the league! So no, we’re not just the owners, we’re also members!!!
